Where the information comes from

Orthodontist Index republishes information from public records (NPPES NPI Registry (CMS), NUCC Health Care Provider Taxonomy, ADA National Commission on Recognition of Dental Specialties). We report what those records show, with the date we retrieved them. Records can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and a business's status can change at any time.
